GENERAL POLICIES

At the owners discretion tents may be put on certain RV sites, for a $25 fee.
Please note that not all sites are appropriate for tents, and therefore need prior approval. There is a 2 night minimum for the Tiny Retro Camper. There are no refunds for early departures. There is no smoking and no pets allowed in the Tiny Retro Camper, the cabins, and all public buildings. We do have a very short camping season, and it is for this reason that we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If you think you may not be able to come during your reserved period, we would recommend considering travel insurance. |

DEPOSIT POLICY
|
||||||
|
For reservations of 1-7 nights there is a one night,
non-refundable deposit, due at the time of booking. For reservations of 8-14 nights or more there is a two night, non-refundable deposit, due at the time of booking. For reservations of 15+ nights as well as all Sturgis reservations, regardless of duration, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit. For all Sturgis reservations 50% of the entire stay is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be billed on April 1st and is non-refundable. |

CANCELLATION POLICIES

|
For all Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day reservations
we must be notified 30 days prior to arrival for any cancellations. For Sturgis reservations we must be notified by April 1st. For all other reservations we must be notified within 10 days of arrival. All cancellations must be received in writing, via email, and sent to bigpine@gwtc.net All no shows will be charged in full. |

PET POLICY
|

|
|
Pets must be controlled and on a leash at all times. Make sure your neighbors
are not disturbed by your pets. You must clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. Pets are not allowed in the Cabins or Retro Trailer. • • • QUIET TIME QUIET TIME 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. However, please be respectful of your fellow campers all the time. NO TV NO television service is provided. Satellite & WiFi TV is possible in some campsites. |
